EC-INNOVA is committed to the responsible and confidential use of the data, guaranteeing that the user data will be treated in accordance with the legal dispositions, and that it will only be used by EC-INNOVA with the purpose declared of communication, information and administration.

The data collected is adequate, relevant and not excessive with regard to the setting and purposes. The user will respond, in any case, for the authenticity of the data provided, where EC-INNOVA reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false information from the registered services, without prejudice to the remaining legal actions that might follow.

Through the use of the existing forms on these websites or through sending an email, the sender allows consent to the automated treatment of the details included in their communication. In any case, the data facilitated will not be subject to being released to third parties.

User acceptance

The sites and online services of EC-INNOVA allow access to an array of information, services, programmes or data (hereon “content”) on the internet, belonging to EC-INNOVA, which the user can access. The USER takes responsibility for the use of the sites and services online. This responsibility extends to the registry that might be needed to access certain services or contents. In this registry the USER will be responsible for supplying truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registry, de USER can be assigned a password, for which they will be responsible, committing themselves to make diligent and confidential use of it.

The USER commits to making appropriate use of the content and services which EC-INNOVA offers through their site (such as chat services, discussion forums, or news groups) y among other things, is obligated not to use them to (i) incur in illicit, illegal activities or those opposed to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content of propaganda of racist nature, xenophobic, homophobic, illegal-pornographic, in apology to terrorism or attacking human rights, or any other form of discrimination not allowed by our law; (iii) causing damages in the physical or logical systems of EC-INNOVA, its suppliers or third-parties; introducing or spreading computer viruses into the network or any other physical or logical system which may be susceptible to causing the aforementioned damages; (iv) trying to access, and when applicable, use the email accounts of other users and/or modifying or manipulating their messages.

About personal information and privacy

EC-INNOVA is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of its sites; we want to contribute to the defence of the fundamental right to data protection, which is the capacity the citizen has to dispose and decide on all the information which refer to him or her; to which end we strictly comply with the European Right or Organic Law 15/1999 (LOPD), Spanish law, and its development regulations, being obliged to protect the treatment of personal data, public freedom and the fundamental rights of individuals which are users of our sites or which access our services online, especially in regard to honour, and personal and family privacy. All the personal data you supply will be included in a file, duly registered in the Data Protection Agency Registry, where EC-INNOVA is holder and accountable. 

Personal data such as email, name, postal address of residence, phone number, demographic information: age, gender, preferences or interests, postcode… which are required of the site and online services users of EC-INNOVA will have as sole purpose to provide the services requested, and to keep fluid communication with the users, through any form (postal address, email, phone, SMS, MMS, internet, etc.) regarding the information we consider useful and the most important news on our activity. In any case, EC-INNOVA is the sole recipient of this data, and this information could be used to manage the site or conduct statistical studies internally, of strictly confidential nature.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and accurate, and EC-INNOVA reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false information from the registered services, without prejudice to the remaining legal actions that might follow. EC-INNOVA can combine the information received from the user from EC-INNOVA’S different sites and online services, o collected through other services EC-INNOVA offers, with the purpose of offering a more customised attention and better service.

EC-INNOVA does not share your contact information with third parties with commercial purposes, only upon your request and authorisation can we send information to third parties through the online sites or email, always sent by us. Occasionally, other businesses hired by EC-INNOVA may provide specific services; these will only obtain personal data from you to provide the service requested. EC-INNOVA will require the same compliance from them in data protection as per this Privacy Policy.

At any time you may request to unsubscribe from our mailing list, as well as being removed from our records. For this purpose, you will find a link in all emails received from us which will allow you to unsubscribe. It is also possible for the user to modify details or unsubscribe through the private area of the sites. Cancelling subscription o removal of personal data from our records will be conducted in the shortest timeframe possible required to carry out this action.

At EC-INNOVA we seek data authenticity, trying to keep it updated in regard to the affected party. If details of personal nature were inaccurate, partly or fully, or incomplete, they will be cancelled and replaced ex officio by the pertinent rectified or complete data.

Cancellation of subscription or removal of data can also be carried out at EC-INNOVA’s discretion when the user breaches the internet code of conduct. In any case, when the user has accessed any of our sites or services online and is registered in our database, he will be removed in the following situations:

2. Deliberate deceit when supplying personal details, such as for example ID number or name
3. Does not follow the necessary ethical and civic guidelines: insulting through forums, chat or insulting other users of EC-INNOVA’S sites and services
4. Shows opposition to the rights of others
5. Displays attitudes of the following nature: homophobic, xenophobic, racist, sexist or any other type of discrimination protected by Spanish Constitution or by Law.
6. Is conspicuously against, with the aim of causing harm, to the interests of EC-INNOVA or any of its members.
7. The cancellation or removal of data can also take place ex officio when it is no longer necessary or pertinent for the purpose for which it was originally collected or recorded.

Intellectual and industrial property of the contents of the site www.ec-innova.es 

All the elements which form the site www.ec-innova.es, as well as its structure, design, source code, and the elements contained within it (in an expository capacity, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands and logos, colour combination, structure and design, selection of materials used, necessary computer programmes for its functioning, access and use), are property of EC-INNOVA and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. All rights reserved. This is understood without prejudice to the full ownership of collaborating bodies over their own content, logos and registered brands. The users of the site can only make private and personal use of the site contents. The USER commits to respecting the intellectual and industrial rights regulations detailed by EC-INNOVA. The user can view and even print elements from the site, copy and store them in their computer’s hard-drive or any other device. It is absolutely prohibited to use the site or any of its elements for commercial or unlawful purposes. EC-INNOVA will not hold any responsibility derived from third-party use of the site content, and will have the right to exercise all the civil and criminal proceedings applicable to the user’s breach of these terms.

Cookies on the site www.ec-innova.es 

The site www.ec-innova.es uses “cookies” (small files of information that the server at EC-INNOVA sends to the computer of those who access the site) to the extent necessary for the correct functioning and viewing of the site, for the user’s benefit. The cookies used in the site are, in any case, temporary and disappear when the user’s session is over. In no case will cookies be used to collect information of personal nature.

Modifications

With the aim of improving the performance of the site, EC-INNOVA reserves the right, at any time and without prior warning to the user, to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the presentation, layout, technical specifications and site services, unilaterally. In addition, EC-INNOVA reserves the right to modify at any time the present conditions as well as any other specific conditions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction 

The relationship between EC-INNOVA and the user will be governed by current Spanish law and any controversy will be subject to the courts and tribunals of Toledo.
